Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, please send it back to us within 14 days after receipt of the order. Please include a copy of the receipt with the product(s). The product must be originally packed and unused. The refund will be full, excluding the shipping charges. Please read also the following conditions.
The refund proces may take up to 10 days after we receive the product back from you.
If the product arrived to you in a damaged condition please send the product back to us within 14 days from the receipt of the product. We will send a new item free of charge within 2 days from the receipt of damaged one.
The product will be refunded/replaced only if you inform us via email about your wish of refund/replacement within 7 days from your receipt of the product. Failing this condition can lead to our refusal of refund or replacement Products are returnable at customer's expense. Customer is paying actual shipping cost for replacement items. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 15% restocking fee will be charged on items returned / exchanged.
In both cases mentioned above, you must send the product(s) back at your own expence.

Loss of the product during shipping is our responsibility. If you haven't received your purchase on time, allow 5 days for delay (from the maximum delivery time) and contact us via email, submitting your name, address and alphanumerical codes of purchased items. The code of each product (like for ex. TP0001 or W0002, CB0003. In case of loss of the product we will send new item free of charge within 5 days from your notice.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours of an order being placed and payment confirmed; however if the item is a special order, your order will be placed on backorder and will ship as soon as we have the product available and you will be contacted via email.
